Not every location fits a standard machine, and that's fine. We can source custom and specialty vending solutions: machines wrapped in your branding, coffee and hot drink machines, frozen treats and ice cream, fresh-food micro markets, and supply or PPE vending for workplaces. Cost and agreements
What does it cost?
Not a dime. We own the machines, stock them and service them. All we need is a standard outlet, and every new location gets an ENERGY STAR certified machine to keep power use to a minimum. Some higher-traffic locations even earn a commission on sales. Ask us and we’ll let you know if yours qualifies.
Is there a contract?
Simple and flexible. Most locations sign a straightforward one-page agreement confirming that we own the machine. Terms can vary by location, and we’ll walk you through yours before anything is signed. No surprises, guaranteed.
Do we earn anything from the machine?
At higher-traffic locations, yes: a percentage of sales, paid monthly. At smaller locations the machine is a perk for your people rather than a revenue line.
Service
How often do you restock?
As often as it takes. Our machines report sales and inventory to us remotely, so we know what’s running low before you do. Busy spot? We’ll be there more often to keep every row full.
What if the machine takes someone's money?
Our local team takes care of it. Every HappyDrop machine has our phone number right on the front, so customers can call or text a real person right here in North Carolina. Card refunds go straight back to the card, and cash refunds are sent through Cash App or Venmo.
What happens if the machine breaks?
Our local team fixes it fast. We service every machine ourselves, so repairs get done quickly. No waiting on outside techs, no back-and-forth.

Can we choose what goes in it?
We start with a selection that works well for most locations, then adjust based on what your people buy and request. Want more protein bars, a specific energy drink, or a healthier row? Just let us know.
How do people pay?
Tap a card or phone, or pay with cash. Every machine we place accepts card and mobile payments.
How much space and power do you need?
Less than you’d think. Most machines take up about 3 feet wide by 3 feet deep and stand around 6 feet tall, with a standard outlet nearby. We have other sizes to fit tighter or bigger spaces, and covered outdoor areas can work too. Not sure about your spot? We’ll take a look and find the right fit.
We already have a machine nobody services. Can you replace it?
We can usually swap it out. Just tell us who owns it and we’ll handle the transition from there. In fact, this is how a lot of our locations got started with HappyDrop.
